360°  Geo-Referenced Video (Immersive Video Solutions)

Immersive video is the next best thing to being onsite yourself.  With the ability to look around as if you and your team are out at the project, you ensure that everyone's working from a common understanding of the environment and the issue. That saves time and money.

Oblique Frame Photography

Continuous oblique frame photos (time sequenced) can be considered to be a slow frame-rate video replacement technology.  It's resolution greatly surpasses video while the time sequenced photos completely cover the corridor being photographed.

  • General right-of-way condition
  • Change management
  • Encroachment detection/management
  • Structure/facility photos

Applications include (ground and/or aerial) mapping and documenting of:

  • Pipelines and utilities
  • Roads, railroads, and other routes.
  • Rivers for navigation issues
  • Environmental conditions.
  • Facilities and grounds for emergency response needs.
  • Warehouses and retail stores
  • Docks and shipping distribution centers
  • Electrical substations & pumping stations
  • As-built facilities (documentation)

Aerial Photography & Video

Aerotec uses thermal (infrared) photography to identify, locate, and map underground topographic features.

  • Pipelines (oil, gas, sewer, water, CO2)
  • Pipeline leaks
  • Pipeline theft points (taps)
  • Abandon tanks/wells
  • Railroad mud-pumping sites
  • Tunnels, Voids, Caves, Gravesites

Color orthophotography is used as a background for many types of maps and models

  • Contour maps (2D)
  • Engineering models (3D)
  • Site maps (2D)
  • Route (corridor) maps

Orthophotography

Continuous Oblique Frame Photos

Continuous vertical frame photos (time sequenced) can be considered to be a slow frame-rate video replacement technology.  It's resolution greatly surpasses video while the time sequenced photos completely cover the corridor being photographed.

  • General right-of-way condition
  • Change management
  • Encroachment detection/management
  • Structure/facility photos

Continuous Vertical Frame Photos

Thermal/IR Photography

Aerotec deploys a wide variety of aerial digital imagery (aerial photography) to support a wide variety of engineering, design, planning, surviellance, and change management applications.

  • Orthophotography (vertical)
  • Continuous (time sequenced vertical/oblique) frame photography
  • Video (vertical/oblique)
  • Thermal Infrared imagery (vertical/oblique)

We integrate the video with numerous GIS based software and have custom options available as well.  In the YouTube video clip above, use a left-click and drag to change the view - 360 degrees.
